What do we do?

While you are not here, we take care of your house.
For example: we go by your house once a month, to:

empty the mailbox and send it through
inspect the outside: doors, windows, shutters locked? House can be reached (path is not blocked)?
Inspect the inside: water still running, electricity works, no vermin present

After heavy weather conditions, we make an extra round to the house.
We send you a report by email to keep you informed.

Besides that, we can:

make the house ready for the summer/winter (terrace furniture in/out and cleaning)
make the pool summer/winter ready
clean the swimming pool on a weekly basis
prepare the house for your visit, e.g. air – turn on fridge – turn on heating – fill fridge - make beds
mow the lawn and do small garden maintenance
when you have work done on the house, check if things are really done
arrange chimney sweep/oil or wood delivery

You can also contact us if you want to let your house/your gite. What we can do is for example:

keep the keys/give them out to the guests
clean the house on the changeover day
check house/read meters before/after letting period
make the beds, clean the sheets

Since usually no 2 houses are the same, no 2 jobs are the same. Before we can make a price, we prefer to visit your property.

Please note that our services are not only limited to people with a second home, many of our services can as well be provided to people actually living here.
People who are too busy retiring, or enjoying their life in France to take care of the different odd jobs around the house.
